After moving to Australia, Pradeep transitioned from architecture into aged care through Cultivating Community’s Employment Pathways Program. By applying his design thinking to food, he developed practical culinary skills and discovered a meaningful new career path supporting older people.
Cultivating Community welcomes Emma as our new CEO. With extensive experience across the not-for-profit, government and corporate sectors, Emma brings a strong focus on partnerships, sustainability and impact as she leads the organisation into its next chapter.
After moving to Australia, Yehansa stepped into a new career path through Cultivating Community’s Aged Care Cooks program. What began with uncertainty grew into confidence, practical skills and meaningful employment, opening the door to a future in aged care.
