About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 ⅓ cup Plain flour

¼ cup Greek yogurt

¾ tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Olive oil

Preparation

1. Mix together all wet and dry ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Bring it all together in a dough ball and divided into smaller balls.

3. Roll out each ball into a thin flat bread. Using rolling pins or hands.

4. Heat oil on high in a saucepan and fry off bread on both sides until golden brown.
